The project began with a clear mission: to reduce delays in partner support by replacing fragmented tools with a unified dashboard. We collaborated closely with enterprise teams to understand their workflow pain points and implemented modules for ticket tracking, system diagnostics, user access management, and integrated chat-based communication — optimized for responsiveness and traceability.
