Triple Win

Triple Win is a digital platform that streamlines the recruitment and relocation process for international healthcare professionals. Designed to support hospitals and care facilities in finding qualified staff globally, the system handles candidate onboarding, document verification, interview scheduling, and relocation logistics. The project was delivered for Stationezy on 14th December 2022, with operations based in Germany.

How I Start This Project

The project originated from a need to digitize and simplify the traditionally manual and fragmented process of international hiring in the healthcare sector. Collaborating closely with Triple Win’s operational team, we developed a centralized system that automated workflows, enabled real-time progress tracking, and ensured compliance with international employment standards.

Challenge on this Project

  • Managing multilingual interfaces and supporting international documentation formats.
  • Automating milestone tracking for complex onboarding phases across borders.
  • Integrating secure file sharing for sensitive legal and medical documents.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and secure data handling throughout the platform.
